The Melbourne Bond Cleaners Bond Back Promise To You

At Melbourne Bond Cleaners, we provide exit cleaning services. We offer first class cleaning services at a very reasonable price. Our company is here to completely clean the kitchen, bathrooms and the rest of the house to make it sparkle before you move out. We all know that your home slowly gets grimy as time passes so we are here to make it less work for you to move and get your money back.

One of the leading reasons for disagreements between property managers and tenants is the cleanliness of the property following the lease term. The tenant should hand over the house in a similar condition as it was originally given. An expert cleaning service is the best bet to get the job done properly. You will avoid any potential for bond deduction when you rely on a specialist cleaning service to clean your property after the lease term.

Here at Melbourne Bond Cleaners we have a team of committed cleaners and service staff, who embrace the responsibility to maximise your bond return. Our 48 hour inspection guarantee ensures that if any items do require a more thorough clean, we’ll come back to rectify it free of charge. We also provide you with a Certificate of Bond Clean which can be used to show the agency proof of the professional service. This way, the landlord will know you had the residence professionally cleaned and hopefully this will speed up the bond return process.

Be assured that only professionals are cleaning your house while you are moving out. We only hire the very best cleaners to ensure attention to detail, safety and security standards for all our services.
